A man accused of making millions of dollars from the sale of adult books online has been arrested on child pornography charges.
The Melbourne man, whose identity was not released, is accused of distributing child pornography online in the years prior to his arrest on a number of child exploitation charges.
Mr Justice Dolan ruled he had a right to privacy in the adult book business.
He said he had been told he had the right to keep a copy of the book.
He also imposed a community detention order that he must not have any contact with the accused, who is due to appear in court on November 13.
He ordered Mr Leeson not to leave Australia and to not travel to the United States.
